  1. Lelehkan margarin.
  2. Panaskan oven tangkring diapi sedang cenderung kecil atau suhu 160-170c.
  3. Haluskan pisang.
  4. Mixer telur,gula,sp hingga mengembang putih berjejak atau 5 menit.

  8. Tuang adonan keloyang 14x7c.hentak2an loyang. Bisa pake loyang 10x20x7 ya bund.
  9. Oven 15 menit.. baru dikasih toping. Panggang lg selama 20-25 menit. Jngn lupa tes tusuk dg lidi untuk mengecek kematangan bolu.
